SPF SIG PROGRAM

The Drug Free Partnership is very pleased to have participated in the Strategic Prevention Framework State Incentive Grant (SPF-SIG), which is part of a federally-funded initiative to improve drug and alcohol prevention. Currently, 42 states receive these grants, to support work in 397 communities.

(The SPF SIG project is funded by Indiana Family & Social Services Administration, Department of Mental Health Addiction.)

OUR YOUTH ARE IMPORTANT!

Middle and high school youth from across the county are brought together under the guidance of a Youth Advisor. They plan and develop their own initiatives to address substance use/abuse by their peers within their own school populations, backed by and financially supported by the Partnership.
